Summary Details:

BCLC will be holding an open house at River Rock Casino and Resort, 8811 River Road, Richmond B.C. on May 1, 2019, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm PT, to showcase our current signage requirements for any proponents that may be interested in attending.

The purpose of this RFPQ is to receive proposals from industry-leading proponents in an effort to create a pre-qualified Vendor Roster for the design, production, installation and maintenance of gaming signage in Casinos and Community Gaming Centres in one or both of the following categories:
Category 1 - Traditional Signage: can include, but is not limited, marquee signs, display signs, pod signs, progressive signs, denomination toppers, end banks, way-finding signs, table signage and programmable lighting and audio packages for the signage.
Category 2 - Digital Signage: can include, but is not limited to, indoor LED signage, flexible LED screen, stretched display, curved display, LED video wall, touch screen, and the digital content displayed on the signage presented in one of the following formats: images, video, interactive interfaces, or context-aware interfaces.
